Fieldshire Gone....?
Well after almost 8 years I felt it was time that Fieldshire changes. This site has gone though many changes in the years but, it has always served the same purpose. A place for the guys to post and talk about stuff. Mostly geek stuff and our weekends. It started out as gaming weekends but as we got older gaming dropped off for some of us and it turned to camping weekends.
Life has changed for many of us we have families now or careers that we are working on. I know that I am finally in the place I want to be professionally, look at Fieldshire Solutions for an example of what I am working now. Our group has grown a little thinner over the years and Fieldshire had gotten to where I never updated it and we used email to stay in touch.
I guess the point of this page is to say that Fieldshrie is no longer. I don't feel we need it anymore to communicate about camping or gaming. I know I don't need to blog about personal matters anymore. I want to say I think everyone of you guys are great friends, but it is time to sign off.
Now for the news.....Fieldshire is not going away 100%. With a new company I am turning Fieldshire into more of a hobby blog/community site. Nothing heavy or personal this time around. I will be talking about technology or what ever hobby I have at the moment. I am interested in photography at the moment and Fieldshire 2.0 will be the place I show off that hobby. It will be a few months before the site comes back online and I will send everyone an email so they can come look at it.
